We’re Too Good For This is a unique, authentic and gripping thriller about a group of disabled teenagers on a British council estate, who prove they should never be underestimated.

The four main characters are all played by British disabled actors, and their portrayal is just phenomenal! Missy Malek has done an excellent job of portraying them as ordinary teenagers rather than following the stereotypes and causing the audience to feel sorry for them. Instead the director plays on their strengths. Living with a disability isn’t always about the disability itself but about life in general. The highs and lows that come with it. It is also refreshing to see authentic disabled actors playing themselves.
